Robotics is a discipline with many facets, that can help us to improve a multitude of processes that affect our daily lives.

In this book, the analysis of robot modelling is undertaken considering the mechanical behavior of its components. Its rigorous but also accessible formulation helps readers to considering realities and challenges involving training, career prospects and development potential of engineers in the different fields around automation and robotics.

Robotics: Analysis, design, control and implementation summarizes the experience of theoretical and practical teaching on robotics over several generations. The book includes chapters covering topics such as spatial representation, homogeneous transformations, robot configurations, kinematics, dynamics, control and development of prototypes for teaching purposes, among others.
