Series temporales y previsiones

The contents of this book are intended to give support to students of courses of Statistics taught in schools of Engineering (ETSEIAT-UPC) and to professionals that require advanced knowledge of statistics including time series analysis.

Time series analysis is carried through several statistical techniques oriented to the study and modeling of the behavior of a phenomenon that evolves over time. Such techniques allow users to make predictions and forecasting of the analyzed variables.

The contents of the book include the development of some modeling and forecasting techniques, the description of several examples of application using real data, and a collection of 65 problems solved in detail.
